5.2 The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw. If you fail to provide such proof within 21 days of a request, you may be disqualified.
5.3 The Promoter will not accept and will not refund Entries that are:
- Submitted after the Closing Date;
- Automatically generated by computer (including by the use of artificial intelligence);

- Incomplete;
- In the case of a Postal Entry, illegible, damaged, altered, or tampered with; or

5.5 Entries on behalf of another private individual will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed.
5.6 All Entries to any one Prize Draw are final and may not be cancelled once purchased unless we elect to refund in our sole discretion or as otherwise set out in these Terms and Conditions.
6. Payment and WithdrawalsBack to top
6.1 You can only make payments to the Promoter by a Registered Payment Method. If your Registered Payment Method is a debit card, it can only be used on one User Account, and it must not have been reported as lost or stolen.
6.2 We will only accept a Registered Payment Method that is a UK debit card linked to a UK bank account or building society.
6.3 You may withdraw any unused funds at any time by requesting a withdrawal within your User Account. Withdrawals will only be credited to your Registered Payment Method.
7. SubscriptionBack to top
7.1 The subscription services (Subscription Services) are offered only for your personal, non-commercial use. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to offer the Subscription Services to any potential customer.
7.2 To become a subscriber, visit the Website and follow the instructions to enter your details and payment information. Your Membership will include receiving at least 5 entries per week for £3.00 (£0.60 per entry) or 20 entries a month for £10 (£0.50 per entry) depending on your selection.
7.3 All fees will be charged at the time of the initial subscription and the beginning of each billing cycle. A 'billing cycle' is every four weeks from the initial invoice date.
7.4 After the cancellation period, you may still cancel your Membership at any time via your account settings before the next billing cycle. Subscribers who cancel after the cancellation period will not receive a refund for the current subscription period.
8. Prize DrawBack to top
8.1 To enter the Prize Draw, you must choose four (4) numbers between 1 and 34 inclusive, and one (1) bonus number between 1 and 34 inclusive.
8.2 The draw to determine the Winner(s) will be made on the Draw Date.
8.3 The Prize Draw uses a certified RNG provided by PIMS-SCA Ltd, a global leader in prize insurance and risk management services, to ensure fairness and randomness.
8.4 Unless otherwise stated, there will be five (5) Prize Draws per week on each of Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
8.5 The result(s) of the Prize Draw is final, and the Promoter shall not enter into any correspondence in relation to the same.
9. Instant Wins & CompetitionsBack to top
9.1 The Promoter may offer Instant Win games as part of its competitions. These games are a visual representation of the Entrant's allocated ticket number(s) and allow participants to play and reveal the outcome instantly. Winning tickets will display the prize amount immediately upon reveal.
9.2 Each Instant Win game will run for a defined promotional period. Each Instant Win game will publish the total winnings, entry price and ticket allowance prior to the draw. Actual outcomes may vary due to the randomised nature of draws.
9.3 Entrants may participate in each Instant Win game either by:
- Purchasing an entry online; or
- Entering for free via the postal entry route set out in the Postal Entry section.
9.4 To ensure fairness, all postal entries received prior to the published date will be included in the corresponding Instant Win game. If a postal entry is received after the closing date, it will be automatically entered into the next available Instant Win game. Each valid Postal Entry will be allocated a number of Entries equal in value to £1 of paid online Entries or the entry price of the selected game, whichever is higher. The odds of all prize tiers shall apply equally to Postal Entries and paid online Entries.
9.5 Where a valid Postal Entry is received after the closing date of an Instant Win competition, or where tickets are no longer available, the Promoter may, at its discretion, allocate that entry to the next equivalent Instant Win competition of the same format and prize structure.
9.6 Each Instant Win competition may have different prizes, entry prices, ticket allowances, and prize structures. Full details will be clearly stated on the Website before entries open. Once an Instant Win competition has opened for Entries, those details will not be changed. The Promoter reserves the right to launch new Instant Win competitions with updated prize structures or entry prices at its discretion, provided that all material information is made available to Entrants before participation.
10. Fair Play, Anti-Syndicate and Disqualification PolicyBack to top

10.4 Monitoring and Enforcement. We actively monitor gameplay and account activity to protect the integrity of our platform. Where we reasonably believe that a player has breached this policy, engaged in unfair play, participated in a syndicate, used automated tools, or otherwise sought to gain an unfair advantage, or that an account has been or is being accessed or used by a person other than the registered account holder, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Suspend or permanently close the player's account and any related or linked accounts;
- Void any affected entries;
- Withhold, cancel or recover any prizes, winnings, withdrawals or account credits associated with the activity;
